AutoAid Breakdown membership does not insure the vehicle but the individual themselves, and this is what makes the product unique compared to other brands. To be covered as an individual means that the membership holder will be covered throughout the UK in any vehicle, they are legally able to drive. Also (for no additional cost) membership holders are able to add their legally married spouse, civil partner, or common law partner onto the membership - which in effect offers two for the price of one! 

We have over 5000 vehicles nationwide in our UK fleet and getting to the scene of a breakdown as quick as possible is always a top priority. Also, to make things more convenient, we will send a text message to the membership holder with the estimated arrival time and name of the recovery agent. As well as contacting our call centre, membership holders can also use our dedicated app to arrange recovery, and with the app we are able to find the membership holder, with their authorisation, by tracking their phone and getting the exact location.
