The UK is facing difficult and worrying times with the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we wanted to let you know what steps our Premium merchants are taking in response to the COVID-19 situation, including how it relates to you.

- Hello Fresh has asked for their offer to be made unavailable as they are unable to fulfill the orders.
- Dell are increasing their offer for computers and laptops.
- Merlin Group Theme Parks are all closed until further notice
- Floral Street Fragrances have just updated their offer from 10-20%
- Haven has closed until further notice

- The Cinema Society has organised at home movies with Rakuten: Your cinema at Home which will allow your hard-pressed colleagues and customers to watch the best movies straight from the cinema in the comfort of their own homes. https://rakuten.tv/uk
- Virgin Experiences:
- Free 6-month extensions. So long as government restrictions relating to Covid-19 apply, you can extend for free and go when the time is right. If you are within 3 months of the expiry of your experience, you can do this right away at My Voucher.
- Free exchanges. As always, you’ll be able to exchange free onto any of our experiences, so you can find something perfect for you.
- Digital experiences. We've been working hard with our partners to offer Stay At Home Experiences to inspire you at home in the meantime. Watch this space as we're adding more every day.
- Contactless gifting. Send experiences straight to the recipients inbox, for social-distancing-gifting done right, and an experience for them to look forward to in the future.
