Entries for the Downtown 3 Great Prizes Competition
The prize promotion is open for entries from 9.00 am 29th June 2023 and closes at 11.59 pm on 28th August 2023. Only one entry per named entrant and email address will be accepted per prize.

One (1) prize consisting of a Himolla Azura recliner chair, select from the three size options and fabric range F13. The winner may choose alternative fabrics and power upgrades at an additional cost.
Win a Downtown Afternoon Tea for Two.
One (1) prize consists of an Afternoon Tea for two people to the value of £28.00. The winner may pre-book the Afternoon Tea at their preferred Downtown Cafe. Afternoon Tea is available Monday to Saturday, 2 pm-4 pm.

One (1) prize consists of a Hammond Drinks Trolley (item ref. 9000996003). This item is self-assembly.
The winner(s) will be drawn at random from valid entries. All winners will be notified by email within five working days of the prize draw, which will take place on the 1st of September 2023. Once notified, the winner must accept their prize within five working days. If the winner is unreachable or the prize is otherwise declined, Downtown reserve the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner.
The prize(s) must be collected/taken from/in the agreed Downtown store by arrangement within 90 days of the winner’s notification. In the event of cancellation by the winner for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The winner uses the prize at their own risk.
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will disqualify any entrant from taking part. Downtown retains sole discretion to refuse entrants for any valid and justifiable reason.

Downtown employees are not eligible to participate in this competition, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.
The winner may be required to provide proof of their identity. Failure to produce sufficient proof may result in disqualification.
Entries from third parties, agents, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer will not be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will not be accepted.
